We designed this course because we recognize that fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s essential for innovation, strong collaboration and ongoing business success. DEIB isn’t just about showing support to minority groups, it encompasses a wide range of activities meant to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, comfortable and valued. This extends to our clients and customers, too! Through text, videos, quizzes, self-reflection exercises and case-study review, this course will help participants understand DEIB definitions and concepts, explore the role of language in the workplace, including bias and microaggressions, and identify practical strategies to contribute to a work environment that values respect, diversity and inclusion.
